Travel Consultant – Intern

During your internship at Royal Africa Travel you will learn the ins and outs of the tourism industry. You will be supporting the managing director and other consultants. Expect to learn a lot in this exciting role.

You will primarily assist clients in person and through telephone. You will learn how to advice clients with travel arrangements, make reservations and manage travel documents. In addition, you may have some additional website content related duties.

Requirements

• You are currently an MBO students with a focus in Tourism
• You are enthusiastic and flexible with a hands-on mentality, strong customer service and a detail-oriented work ethic.
• You speak English and Dutch fluently
• You have a strong interest in the travel industry and are excited about travel
